The Korea Grand Festival 2026 runs from October 29 to November 15, offering visitors free admission to Gyeongbokgung, Changdeokgung, Deoksugung and Changgyeonggung—Jongmyo Shrine and Joseon royal tombs are also free. The Secret Garden at Changdeokgung is not included.

Over the 18-day event, about 40,000 businesses will sell products; selected hanwoo beef can be bought at up to 50% off until November 8, while seafood remains discounted to 50% through November 29. Duty-free shops give up to 25% off on liquor and cosmetics; clothing items see discounts of up to 50%; department stores and Olive Young offer up to 15%.

A free concert by the National Orchestra of Korea will take place on November 14, and tourist welcome services begin on October 30. The festival brings together discount programmes that had been run separately by different ministries, aiming to attract foreign visitors to explore beyond Seoul.
