A Delhi consumer commission ordered an airline to compensate a passenger after it labelled him a "no-show" for a flight from Bengaluru.
The passenger said he reached the check-in counter at 6.10am but missed his flight.
The commission found no CCTV footage or other evidence to support the airline's claim of a late arrival.
It ordered Rs 11,587 in refunds, Rs 50,000 in compensation and Rs 10,000 for costs.
The passenger had spent on a new ticket after missing his original flight.
